Visible crack or tear in the skin around the anus
A small lump or skin tag near the fissure
Burning or itching sensation in the anal region

Ksharakarma for chronic, non-healing fissures
Stool softening Ayurvedic medicines to reduce strain
Sitz baths and local warm water therapy
Dietary fiber counseling to prevent recurrence
Recovery Time
2–6

Swelling, redness, and warmth near the anal opening
Fever and general malaise
Tender, fluctuant lump near the anus
Difficulty sitting comfortably

Agnikarma is one of the most powerful para-surgical procedures in Ayurveda, using controlled heat (thermal cauterization) to treat painful musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and anorectal disorders. It provides rapid, lasting relief where conventional medicines fail.
The procedure uses a metal probe (Shalaka) heated to precise temperatures and applied to specific points on the body, destroying diseased tissue and stimulating healing.
Conditions Treated
Chronic joint pain — knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow
Plantar fasciitis (heel spur / calcaneal spur)
Cervical and lumbar spondylosis
Sciatica and nerve pain
Frozen shoulder (Adhesive capsulitis)
Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow
External piles and skin tags
Procedure Details
Done under local anesthesia — minimal discomfort
Session duration: 15–30 minutes
1–3 sessions usually sufficient
Immediate pain relief in most cases
No surgical incision — no stitches required
Treatment Sessions
1–3
Most conditions are resolved in 1 to 3 Agnikarma sessions with lasting relief from chronic pain.
End Chronic Pain
Agnikarma may be the answer you've been looking for.
Ksharakarma is an advanced Ayurvedic para-surgical procedure involving the application of a medicated alkaline paste (Kshara) derived from medicinal plants to treat anorectal conditions. It is the most important non-surgical treatment in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic surgery).
The herbal alkali acts as a chemical cauterizer — it destroys the diseased tissue, stops bleeding, and promotes healing simultaneously. The procedure is described in Charaka and Sushruta Samhitas as superior even to surgical intervention.
